This is our physical 3D printed modular sanding block product. We also have digital plans available so you can print these yourself. Check our Shopify store or website www.petesquared23.com We created this design because we needed a simple sanding block for finishing flatt surfaces and 90deg corners. It was also our goal to try and use a sheet of sandpaper efficently reducing as much waste as possible. This is a 3D printable design using standard PLA filament using our Bambulab 3D printers.
What is included: Two sanding blocks that are a quarter the size of a sheet of standard sandpaper (9” x 11”) One sanding block that is half the size of a sheet of standard sandpaper (9” x 11”) One sanding block for sand paper sheets used on hand held sanders (3 2/3” x 9”) One sanding block for sand paper rolls (4.5” x ∞) PDF file with clear step by step instructions on how to add sandpaper to the blocks.
